The farmhouse Manna dell’Etna is a winery from the mid 1800s immersed in 3 hectares of forest. From its terraces and from this forest, the home enjoys a breathtaking view: on one side of the majestic Etna and, on the other side, of the sea.
While maintaining the structure and materials of the time, the millstone has been completely renovated so that every space of the house can be inhabited: these spaces include a music listening area, a reading area, a gym, a TV and video games area, a solarium area and for children an outdoor playground.
For nature lovers it is possible to take long walks in the woods, passing from organically cultivated areas to orchards for the collection of seasonal fruits.
The house is located in a strategic position to visit all the places of monumental and artistic interest of eastern Sicily.
Close to the ski slopes of the north and south of Etna, as well as the most beautiful seaside areas, such as the Riviera dei Ciclopi to Taormina, and the rocky coasts of lava stone in Catania up to the sandy coasts of Syracuse.
20 minutes from the train station, the airport, the bus station and 100 km from the bus stop to the city.
The price of the stay includes a housekeeper who will make your holiday relaxing and a chef who will prepare a free meal of your choice, whether it be a dinner or a lunch, of typical Sicilian cuisine.
Upon reservation and for a fee, the owner organises jeep excursions into the mountains or trekking into the craters, as well as sailing boat trips, guided tours of the major places of cultural interest, Sicilian cooking classes, bike rides, tickets for concerts and theater performances.
