"For foreigners, it is inconvenient. They only speak Portuguese and Spanish. There is no restaurant and no vending machine for snacks. The room has no basic amenities such as shampoo, hair dryer, bed sheet for covering the comforter, not to mention others The windows have gaps that the flies can come in."

"We enjoyed our stay. Due to low season there was nobody around so it felt like a ghost town. No staff around except for via WhatsApp. Don’t expect a sociable environment at this time of year. The place certainly needs a freshening up and providing a water filter would be a great addition! Nice places to eat and drink very close by. "

"I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was great, the tapioca was really well made. Although it looks like a business hotel, the overall comfort of the hotel stood out—especially the bed, which was super cozy. The amenities were good, and the staff were consistently helpful. Honestly, almost everything was spot on. No real complaints, which is always a good sign. Would definitely stay again!"

"Extremely clean, and issues were resolved immediately. Simply ask them to clean your room and they do a great job. Amazing gym and game room, and the pool was incredible - just the right size. The only (tiny) issue was on the TV has a demo banner along the bottom. That was fixed with a quick Google search however."

"I stayed here because it was cheap. The beds aren't great, but they exist and they provide bedding. The problem I have is when I turned the shower on, the shower handles gave a low grade electric shock. Apparently this is a known issue and they just haven't done anything about it. They said it shouldn't happen because there's "no electricity there." What they really mean is that there are bare wires above the shower head that are hot but not hooked up to a socket or light. "This hotel is pricey, indeed. But worthy. Service is great, optional tours are amazing. Even the free tours are very nice. Restaurant is not cheap, but food is unique and perfect. Breakfast is gorgeous. And last, the fact that you can enjoy the falls before and after park opening hours is priceless. We could enjoy night view and early morning view by ourselves! The full walkway was ours! If I have the chance to go back to Iguaçu, I will use this hotel again."

Great place to stay when visiting the falls!

"Fantastic place to stay when visiting the falls! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. We had dinner there twice during our stay and both times the food exceeded our expectations in quality, variety, and flavor! There were a couple of evening events while we were there including live music near the pool and a karaoke party. We golfed one day and felt like we had the course all to ourselves. For the location, it was a really fun course to play. The rental clubs were a bit rough but we enjoyed just the same. Great home base for Foz do Iguazu!"
