The second room has a queen size bed with a bathroom attached. Both rooms have two end tables. Big dressers. Closets. Amazing view and great location
Excellent view and plenty of room for family of 5 with young adult children. Well stocked with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. View is amazing. Loved family dinners on the deck and spotting turtles and whales in the harbor. No real beach here but we felt close to several beaches and the other adventures (hiking, snorkeling and surfing) that we came for. Very responsive host.

Turtles
The place was clean and was easy to reach the property manager. The only downside was the slider needs new wheels. Other than that, the place was awesome, and we will try and rent it again. From the balcony we could watch the Turtles in the water every day.

Great central location
My family of 5 stayed in the condo for a week. Great location and condo for the value. Amazing views, with turtles swimming below our balcony daily and coming onto the beach at night. 15-20 mins to south beaches and 30 minutes to north beaches. Host was extremely fast and communicative. Overall, a great stay!

Absolutely amazing view
It felt like we were at home, it was well equipped, all the essentials, lots of space. And most importantly the VIEW! You can't beat it... And it was walking distance from the ocean center and where we left for Molokini snorkeling. Highly recommend

Condo with great views
Everything was great except air conditioning. There is a small window air conditioner in the living room which was inadequate to even cool that room let alone the other rooms. We turned it off since it was noisy and useless. Keep the front door open and the unit gets a great breeze going through. The view from the balcony is spectacular and makes it all worth it! Our host was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Great spot for Maui first timers
Great location and the view from the deck is unbeatable! The extras of the turtles being right down in front on the beach. The inside rooms and kitchen were also good and worked well for us - we did most of our food 'here' at the condo. The BBQ pit was also good and easy to use.

Great location. Great views.
Property was perfect for our stay. Price was great and perfect location and convenient drive to Kihei where we spent most of our time. Could not beat the views and we spent hours watching the sea turtles swim in the ocean outside our balcony. Though there is not AC in each room, it is breezy and comfortable sleeping at night with windows open. Absolutely, would stay again.

Absolute Perfection
I had an incredible stay at this property. From start to finish, Robert was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. Maui vacation
We had wonderful time. The condo is awesome, beautiful views of the ocean and turtles on the beach below. There is a beach within walking distance also restaurants too. It is very relaxing to sit on the patio and look out over the Pacific. We will definitely visit this condo again.

Central location to go west or east location for sightseeing. Top floor with a killer view. Had checked in issue but resolved and we enjoyed our stay. Saw a lot of turtles in ocean ;) Was disappointing that hot tub was listed on the amenity but the condo didn’t not have one ;(

Wonderful condo
Within walking (1 mile estimate) distance of Maalaea Harbor. Perfect for SCUBA divers! Great view, clean, and bug free unit. Only sight downside, the parking spaces were a little tight so I would recommend a mid to compact sized car. Thank you.

Gorgeous view and quiet
This is a quieter location, and the view is spectacular. I sat on the lanai and watched the sun rise and the turtles swim. The unit was clean and comfortable. We cook, and the kitchen worked out great. Robert was very responsive to our questions and addressed any issues. You have to drive about 20 minutes for swimming beaches, groceries, and restaurants. However, we could walk to the harbor, which has some eateries and where we took a snorkeling excursion. There was a convenience store and Starbucks right nearby. We were also close to the beautiful coastline drive up toward Lahaina.

Awesome View!!!
Many turtles below that are so fun to watch. Had a great time watching the whales too. So much whale activity when we were there. Bring your binoculars!! We ordered another pair when we were there. Complex is pretty chill. You’ll mostly have the pool to yourself. The beach is a short walk away and it’s a 6 mile long beach. Felt very safe there too. They could use a regular coffee maker, we generally bring our own coffee. It could also use a coffee table and larger side tables.

A Wonderful Surprise
I have stayed on Maui many times but never at Maalaea. The location was delightful. I really enjoyed the breeze. The unit had air conditioning but we never needed to use it. We used the swimming pool every day. The property management was friendly and helpful.

Good space - great view - exactly what we needed
Robert & Kristy were great hosts and the space was exactly what we needed for a Hawaii getaway. It has enough space for 4 adults and a great lanai looking out over the water, perfect for taking in whale activity in the Maalaea Bay. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated, furniture was comfortable, and the AC in the main space and back bedroom do just enough to keep it comfortable. We did provide some feedback directly to Robert and Kristy and they were very receptive, nothing that would deter anyone from staying at the space. About the area, Maalaea is a great spot to be with easy access to Kihei, Lahaina, Kaanapali, and the airport in Kahului. Safeway and Costco are about 15-20 minutes away. The Maui Island Sands Resort is where this unit is and it has a nice pool and access to a very small beach right next to the property. Would definitely revisit this area, Maalaea, and use this condo again. Thank you Robert and Kristy!

A Couple of Girls just wanted to get a way.
Convenient location. Amazing views, right on the Bay, but no beach. It was nice to be away from the hustle-bustle of the resort areas, but close enough to enjoy when we desired. The condo was clean (one exception was the front bathroom vent/light - mold). The only amenities we missed were games (cards or dominos), which may have been in the 1st floor office, we didn't ask. The pool area was clean, supplied with lot of lounge chairs. The beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi was log-on was simple. TV offered options to sign-in to your own streaming service (Hulu, Amazon, AppleTV, etc). The kitchen amenities included all things we needed. A short walk to General Store had yummy breakfasts and coffee. Office staff and visitors/residents were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again. We'll tell friends.

Amazing view!
The location and the view are amazing! Got to see the whales on a daily basis. The view of the sunrise in the morning and the ocean view/mountain were absolutely beautiful! Bring binoculars! We did whale watching tour but the whales were shy that morning, but what we saw from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! There is a small beach by the property where you can see turtles on a daily basis. The apartment was clean and had basic things we needed for our first day. There are one bathroom that is updated and the other bathroom was a little outdated. It was great to have the AC in one of the bedrooms and the living room. There were also fans provided. We did end up buying beach towels because the towels provided were very thin and not as absorbent. The parking spot is very compact, and was hard to get in and out of the car even though we had a van with sliding doors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing!

Beautiful view
This place truly have one of the best views in Maui. The lanai and living room look out to the ocean. Haleakala is visible from the lanai. Everything was clean and comfortable. This part of Maui tends to be breezy but helps to keep things cool. There is a window ac unit in the living room and a portable ac unit in the second bedroom. There is no ac in one of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Included parking was helpful. The parking spaces in Hawaii tend to be narrow and this was no exception. ATT wireless cellular coverage was an issue at times in Maui especially near the condo and in Kehei so it’s helpful to have the screenshots of the arrival instructions before getting there. Once in the unit, the wifi works well. There is a beautiful quiet beach 1/4 mile from the condo. It’s an easy walk but parking there would not be an issue. The host provided beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. The host was always responsive and helpful.
