"We had a lovely one night stay. Location was amazing, the view from the room was also amazing. Downside was the floor we were on (10th) had refurbishment works going on in the room next door and the drilling was very loud. The shower was a bit dated and use wasnt great when the water kept stopping ..."

"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere ..."
