"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

The cottage was bright, warm, comfortable and had everything we needed and the welcome basket and milk were very much appreciated. "Steve and Dawn were so amazing throughout - from our planning until the end of our star. We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. Dawn checked the stores across the street and even purchase milk and bread for us. They are very sweet and communicative throughout. "
