"Amazing small cosy hotel, be sure to book mountain side views as it is one of the best views in the area! Breakfast was yummy with fresh eggs to order. Staff lovely and polite. Spa is included which is a great touch, the hot tub was amazing facing the mountains and one of the main reasons I booked this place, although it was cold a couple of nights, they had just had a new and larger hot tub installed so were some teething issues I think, but they made sure it was warm when asked in advance. Dinner was lovely, especially the pizza -so delicious. Amazing value for money hotel! "

Only minor criticism is that there was no small refrigerator in the room. Front desk and Mauricio at the bar were super-nice and responsive. "Property has a beautiful garden and picnic area. View from our room balcony was a great picture of Interlaken West. Breakfast was very good (free!) and staff attentive and informative. Hotel is decorated with beautiful period photos and antiques."
