"Amazing hotel. Would recommend for sure. Such friendly staff. Few niggles that were sorted like room nor made up until 3pm, breakfast was soooo slow and not much service in the bar. You can’t use the spa other than hours that don’t really suit so be aware the pools are not for general use all day. Don’t be fooled. I would 100% return "

"Really lovely hotel. We had a great 2 night stay in a lovely room. Sll the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed. With a great, modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our drink in the bar, and breakfast which was well worth the money. The hotel it in a great position. Just down the road from the Abbey, Roman baths and Pultney Bridge. With Sally Lunns a must see and almost opposite. Only down side was the incredibly loud door slams from other rooms...
