"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel the staff makes a huge different. Very friendly and always there to help. The other thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Al salam Mall and the Andelus mall. Train station al sulaimanya is 10 minutes of walk. Tim horten, McDonald's, 1/2 Million, bakery, convenience store, gas station, many other cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. A very larg supermarket is 5 minuts of walk. "It’s on steep , it’s hard to walk for old people. There is a short cut stairs as well. But again it’s hard for knee pain. Location very near. But steep. No golf cars. "

"This is my first online review, so I am a bit sad it has to go this way. I was initially excited to get a good deal on a 4 star hotel in Mecca in the middle of Ramadhan.
