"We got welcomed with a drink, the people at the front desk were nice, everyone explained everything about the hotel and they helped us in anything we needed. the only bad thing is that the heating system is all connected and we had to requested for them to turn it off as it was extremely hot and we couldn't turn it down not even a bit. other than that it was great.
