"Beautiful view of the river, and night skyline. Clean and soft beds. Well furnished bathroom, plenty of bathing supplies. Though or toilets bidet and fan didn't seem functional. Service at the "Ambassador Grill" was abysmally slow even with a relatively small number of people that night."

"I was referred to this hotel by a friend. I could not be more pleased! The room was perfect and cozy and had the most wonderful view from the 20th floor. The city looked beautiful both night and day! This was a fun and active environment with a great restaurant And vibe but when you were ready to turn in, it was peaceful and quiet. And added bonus, was the chocolate croissant and coffee in the morning. Seriously the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had in my life. I felt incredibly comfortable...

"Room telephone did not work at all. reported severl time and days, no one came to replace it; whenever has an issue or servie questions or ask a question, Has to go to lobby each time to talk to the front desk; when checked in, the front desk woman was supper rude and implite; She blamed me to checkin in at a werid time which was 4.00am when airplane delayed due to the weather. She asked in to stay in lobby for another hour that she has to update her computer. "
