Bed and Breakfast in Wild Coast

"Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! "

"The property is a very luxurious and new building. The suites are well appointed and the bathroom is huge. The sea views are breathtaking and one can walk straight onto the secluded beach. We felt safe with the security and the area seems safe too. We have travelled the world and would rate this as one of the best luxury stays we have had. The host, Alida was so welcoming and ensured we had a great fresh baked breakfast."

"In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban. On 13 June 2024 I received a message from the accommodation, via Expedia, saying “Kindly note that we have no availability for the date originally booked” and that they had outsourced accommodation. Despite me asking for a reason no explanation was given as to why accommodation was confirmed 6 months earlier but suddenly no longer was. By this time we were already in South Africa and it was far too late to change our plans so we had no option but to accept the alternative accommodation they had arranged. It was quite different to what we had booked, a ‘holiday camp’ – Cremorne Estate. I have been booking accommodation via the main hotel booking websites for over 20 years and this has never happened to me before. A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. "

"We from the UK , we had a lovely family time . We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the baking treats at breakfast. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Definitely will be coming again with my grandkids. "
