The space
Located just off Bootham, the house has been fully refurbished to a genuine 5 star standard.
4 bedrooms: Three king size beds and two single beds creating flexible accommodation for both families and larger adult groups. Including a rarely found king bedroom with an en-suite shower room at ground floor level overlooking the secure walled courtyard, which is ideal for guests with reduced mobility.
2 Smart TVs with Netflix, wireless internet access, bluetooth speaker and Xbox provided.
There is a lovely secluded patio to the rear with new garden furniture.
A unique space for guests to enjoy! Interior designed, with bespoke full length interlined curtains and roman blinds throughout. Top end bathrooms with underfloor heating.

St Olaves Road is situated directly off Bootham. Bootham which is full of Georgian buildings is the most important route into the centre of the city and was founded in Roman times. There are a number of shops, restaurants and bars on Bootham, as well as within the city centre which is only a 5/10 minute walk.

Guests have access to all rooms, and there is a lovely secluded patio to the rear with new garden furniture.
Parking - we supply a permit for 1 car per stay. Guests wanting to bring further cars are able to use nearby streets where there is free parking or alternatively may use public car parks at their own cost. Marygate is the closest.

What an AMAZING property! Conveniently located to City Centre, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home. Beth is a wonderful host and her communication with us about a delayed check in (due to inclement weather) was spot on.
