"Property was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful, but the staff definitely got less stars because a lot of them they don’t speak good English and specially in the buffet area. The staff is terrible. They take your order and they never come back so on our last day I had to call this guy and tell him about it and then he started speaking perfect English he said OK ma’am I’m sorry about that and today you will have A1 service. Not sure what that meant but that day we did get A1 service. My daughter was pregnant and she was having difficulty sitting in the chair so she asked the waiter for a cushion and he just did not understand what she was asking for finally after asking a few other people we did get the cushion, but it was frustratingStaff in all the service areas definitely need a lot of training."

"Beautiful place in great area. Lots to do with many different eating options. Swim up bar was great and adult only. Other areas we quite when you didn’t want noise. Staff were exceptional as was front desk and room service was quick"

"Resort and staff were amazing! Lots to do for everyone ! Suggest not going during American spring break. The kids were rude, messy and extremely disrespectful to the staff and the property. Was very disappointing to see. But other than that, would definitely be back! "
