"We arrived at our room and the key card did not work. We returned to the front desk to get a new key card. This key card worked but upon entry it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We returned to the front desk again and the staff member gave us a different room and came with us to ensure it was clean and ready for us. There was a track meet happening in the city and the hotel was full of teenagers. They filled the hallways and common areas and the noise...

Seemed pointless to have paid extra for the kitchenette if we could not even use it but there were many dining options nearby. "Just got back from a 9 day stay at casa Dorada, I can just sum it up by saying it was great. One of best locations on Medano Beach, easy walk to tons of restaurants. The entire staff was very polite, I will definitely go back."
