We were put at the very end room and the carpets were heavily stained and room was in need of an update. We have stayed here many times before. Breakfast is always great, yet the room we got was very poor

Great location, right next to sky tower. Walking distance to Queen Street shopping and restaurant all around. Beds were comfy. They were a little late with cleaning room so we declined as we were back in the room in the afternoon. Emailed them for carpark instructions and the reply was perfect as we would have got lost with all the roadworks happening in that area. Check in and out was quick.
