"Beautiful hotel, close to main attractions. Great restaurant inside"

"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."

"Was not aware of the lounge area, or the rooftop area until we discovered it. The front desk staff should have told us upon our early arrival that we could go there and relax until our room was ready. Thankful that our room was ready prior to check in time."

"Excellent staff, very accomodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One staff recommended a restaurant around the corner called La Flauta, excellent seafood and service. We had 2 rooms and with 4 minors, one was handicapped, hotel was accesible for handicap people, able to use the wheelchair easily. Overall, very satisfied with our stay. Will stay again at Ako Suites, if ever in Barcelina again."

"Hotel Arts was wonderful. The staff always cordial and professional, rooms and hotel clean and just beautiful, food and drinks in hotel delicious as well. Facilities offered at hotel from pool to spa are exquisites. Will be coming back."

"The hotel staff was really nice. Pablo and Jasmine were really helpful but i would not stay here again unfortunately. The property is out of date. I could not get a good rest due to hearing the plumbing from EVERY flush from other rooms. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. It was not worth the price IMO"
