"The bed was amazing. Best nights sleep in a year!"

"Excellent sized room, excellent standard of cleaning,and good facilities ( hairdryer, iron and board,fan etc) with nice addition of outdoor seating space,( however weather no good for this during our stay!!!). Only gripe only one spare plug socket to use for all our tech and the kettle. All food we had was of excellent quality and very good value for money spent. Unobtrusive, pleasant service, only negative restaurant a little cold in temperature as we were the only customers during our stay."

"We had a lovely stay at Little Barham that we were staying at for a family party and trip to Colchester Zoo. It was a super comfortable bed, lovely setup with the zed bed for our son, lovely tea/coffee facilities and fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with eggs from the chickens laid that morning. They’re such a lovely couple running it and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs which we are hugely grateful for. "

"I was staying in the ground floor room, which was very spacious as was the ensuite shower room. Nice touch of fresh milk in fridge. Wifi was okay. Got advice as to where to go for evening meal which was good. Great cooked breakfast. Lovely hosts."
