"Excellent stay, excellent service! Was helped by Jess at check in. She was cheerful and helpful which made the check in process enjoyable and breezy. The room was heavenly and really cosy, even managed a cheeky bath before I checked out. Only stayed for a night and didn't really get to check out the wonderful facilities there but I'll be sure to check it out when I come back again, because I definitely will be back! "We were "Upgraded" from standard to superior. The room is the same as a standard room. The only difference is 7 square feet. Same snacks, same everything. Rooms are small. It was very nice and clean, but no room for our two large suitcases. Won't fit in small closet. Great location and nice staff. "

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby.
