"This is a beautifully maintained hotel with really pleasant and helpful staff. Expensive yes - but you are in the heart of London within walking distance of restaurants, theatres and main attractions. Victoria Station is just steps around the corner so really easy to get around the city. Our room was lovely and had a towel heating rack. The in-house restaurants were very good. Highly recommend it!"

"Overall a great stay at a wonderful hotel. The service was outstanding, the room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The location is fantastic, providing plenty to do/see nearby as well as easy access to public transportation to get to other parts of London. My only complaint would be the fact the TV system has no guide, so you can't tell what your watching, how long it will be on, what's on next, etc.. "Check in at Thistle Trafalgar Square was quick and easy, they were pleasant and held our bags until the room was ready. The surrounding area and location were amazing with access to public transit and several areas were walkable. Unfortunately, upon arriving back at the hotel and checking into our room there was an issue which the hotel staff was quick to remedy. Rose at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. She quickly got us into another room at the sister hotel up the street as...
