"We booked this trip for hospital treatment for my husband. It needed to be within walking distance. The Novotel was just perfect. We booked for 2 nights. On the day of departure, whilst waiting for the UBER, my husband collapsed in the foyer. The manager and another member of staff were just amazing. They made him comfortable on the floor and called an ambulance. My husband regained consciousness, and taken to the hospital, 5 minutes away. I cannot say much more but a very big THANK YOU to...

"Checked in around 10pm, key left in a drop box in reception- no staff around at all. Booking was for a quadruple room - 1 double & 2 single beds. In reality room had only 2 single beds. None of the contact phone numbers given work so absolutely no chance of getting hold of anyone to sort the situation out. Absolutely disgraceful that 2 guests were left without beds & forced to sleep on the floor overnight. .. Surprise, surprise not able to contact the hotel for an explanation / refund...
