Bed and Breakfast in Huyton

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"The factor which set this apart from a normal review would be the Host Paul.. Very helpful and genuinely friendly ... he also delivers a very tasty breakfast..... Nothing seemed too much trouble and I shall return when back in the area "

"We had a wonderful stay here whilst visiting family, who were just down the road. It’s in a perfect spot close to Liverpool, and only a stones throw from the Ferry. We were welcomed by Cheryl, David (owners) Mother who was lovely and very accommodating, who showed us to our room. The room was spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds (we wanted to bring them home!) and a good sized bathroom. We were impressed with the TV, which had lots of apps to choose from including Netflix, iplayer...

"Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."

"We liked our room which was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. There was a little noise on Friday evening, but then you would expect that at a pub. "

"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"I had a very good time. There is a lot going on at the farm and plenty to see. I enjoyed walks from the doorstep. I particularly liked my king sized bed and the characterful room. Everyone is super-friendly and breakfast was very generously sized! "

The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...
