"Original boutique hotel perfectly located a block away from Cockburn Street and Waverky Bridge. Friendly and efficient staff. Amenities are spotless with the exception of a rarher insufficient TV channel selection featuring outdated material. But this is only a minor complaint. Everything else is perfect."

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. We arrived by train and were so happy that the hotel was just a five minute walk from the station. The royal mile with all the shops and restaurants was literally a 3 minute walk. Arthur’s Seat trail was only 15 minute walk. Shopping district a 10 minute walk. This hotel will always be my choice on future visits to Edinburgh. "
