"This was a perfect set-up in Glendale for my short weekend visit. The locations couldn't have been better, easy access to the 134 for travel throughout the Valley and only a 10 minute drive from hot spots in Echo Park and East Hollywood. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if visiting LA and the San Fernando Valley area again."

"Heidi is a fantastic host. She made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available to resolve any issues. Cottage is comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Location is convenient and has plenty of street parking. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor tubs or bicycles, but they are a thoughtful touch. We would definitely book this property again!"

"A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !"

"If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!"

"We enjoyed the Bungalow and all it had to offer! The pool, hot tub, sport court were a hit with all of us. We had privacy and enjoyed the outdoor areas. We have 12, 10 and 5 year old boys so they slept on the futon and an air mattress in the living room. Though a small space, it was perfect and comfortable for us. We would definitely stay here again, our host was responsive, helpful and kind! No complaints here!"

"We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time!
