"The property accomodated us very well. One king bed and 1 twin bed for the 3 of us. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars, is because the street out in front of it was closed and there were a lot of homeless people and trash. "

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. "This place was fantastic! Would recommend and come back 10/10! Although I would say this place is not for everyone; if you’re easy going this place is perfect! You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! My girlfriend and I are boat regulars and will be recommending this this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and different experience! Thanks to the owners! "

"We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...
