"Great property in the heart of London. Close by to key sights and Michelin rated restaurants. The hotel itself is also top notch, starting with the Executive Lounge. Service was also great. Expensive relative to other options but if higher budget, it is worth the money for sure."

"Door to bathroom was broken. We were finally moved to another room but the room should never have been released by housekeeping initially. Original room faced major construction. I think hotel tried to get rid of the room because it was “ prepaid”. Our friends checked in at the same time and were given an upgraded room ( they didn’t prepay)"
