"Staff were helpful. They were quick to respond to my needs. They also kept my room clean when I went on day trips. I also had help from a staff when I lost my card key. I was partying late until 5 AM but I showed her my ID and told her my room number and got another card key. Thanks !!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and the staff are as welcoming and friendly as you could possibly hope for the only letdown is the location is a little far out from the main parts of barcalona so your reliant on public transport to get about as the centre is just a little bit too far out. But other than that we had a amazing stay"
