"Fabulous Superior room with dockside view - comfy king size bed, large TV, fridge and coffee and tea making. The room is huge and the bathroom complete with Double rainfall shower and separate bath is bigger than many hotel rooms I've been in. Staff were all super helpful and efficient, I cannot fault the hotel in anyway. Food was great and bar is very well stocked. Really liked my stay here! "

Small attention to detail would have been great. Room 119: remote control back cover was missing and the room key card holder cover was missing. Toilet was not flushing well. Lift could do with a makeover. But overall, a lovely stay."

"Really great value for money and helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on the docks next to the M&S Bank Arena. Bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Only drawback was that there is nothing to buy to eat or drink after hours (no vending machines or shop) and nothing in walking distance to the hotel. "

Room was spacious clean and secure with good sound proofing (you couldn't hear the usual neighbours letting doors slam!).
