"Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We took a private boat from the airport directly to the hotel. Upon arriving, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a junior suite with canal view and found the room to be spacious and comfortable. Generous breakfasts were provided each morning, and the hotel’s restaurant easily rivals any other restaurant in Venice! "

"What a wonderful little local hotel. The location is amazing for Venice. Just a 3 min walk from Accademia water bus stop. At the end of the block is the dock for day trips to Murano as well. Venice is surrounded by smaller canals so unless you take a water taxi for $50 from the airport, you’re gonna have to drag your suitcase up and down bridges or get a luggage delivery service. That’s why this hotel is at a great location. It can be a bit noisy around opening or closing time for the museum...

"I wanted to treat ourselves so we splurged on our hotel. It was a little run down compared to their pictures. The breakfast was AMAZING and the fresh coffee and croissants are top notch. "

"The place was fairly easy to find and very close to the Rialto Bridge, so just a 5 minute walk from the waterbus stop. It is down a couple of little alleyways but it seemed quite safe even at night. The interior is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The room we had had windows overlooking one of the canals and we could watch the gondolas go past and hear them singing! There are towels provided along with a hairdryer too. A kettle and tea are provided but no tea or milk, however...
