"It's a good hotel. Nice (and large) hotel rooms, good bedding. Just one small elevator, but I rarely had to wait very long for it to arrive. A nice breakfast buffet was included with my reservation. "Beautiful historic property with absolutely gorgeous updates — really an incredible renovation. Had some issues with overly fragranced carpet the first night (which was resolved in the morning, but honestly I would recommend no carpets in rooms as this is an issue for people with asthma and allergies like my family). The staff are super friendly and thoughtful location is unbeatable. Quiet but literally around the corner from dining options and transport, and just 10 minutes walk to St Marks...

The walk from the train station is 10 mins but not easy with bags, so buy the ACTV day pass and use it to get to Tre Archi which is right outside the hotel. It is away from the high attraction tourist areas and near to some great dining, and shopping. The hotel itself has the best staff and service. They are always pleasant and accommodating.
