"The room we stayed in had a strong moldy smell. It was on the lowest level, perhaps below ground. Nevertheless, I am very sensitive to mold and I do not think that any room should have a moldy smell. Otherwise, the hotel was fine."

"We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!"

"Where to begin? For starters this property is even more beautiful in person than in the incredible photos shown here. It is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Many people had left helpful cooking ingredients. The location is perfect. We were right across the street from a multi-generational, family owned & operated pastry/coffee shop. "The terrace view of Arezzo and the surrounding Tuscan countryside are incredible. The apartment is centrally located and almost everything is within a 30-minute walk. Paola and Sylvana are great to work with. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable."
