"The swan was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The building, rooms, and location were beautiful, well taken care of, and thoughtfully curated. The staff range from quite friendly to fantastically friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. Thanks for having us, we'll be back someday for a longer stay."

"The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. But our family room was over the laundry and at 6am they were draging metal trolleys in and out. Ans with a toddler this woke her after a late night traveling. The bathroom was dirty, The toilet had marks in it and there was thick dust behind the sink and sticky drip stains on the batbroom floor. Other than this the stay was nice. Breakfast was lovely. The pool and saunas were out of use which was disappointing. "

"Really good find and I would certainly return if in the area. Rooms were a good size with all amenities, food in the pub was excellent and all home cooked including the pickles and relish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom floor was very cold, being tiled and ground floor, however that was the only criticism I could make of a very good stay. "

"The property is a small quaint place that was great for our family of 4. Little touches everywhere that made the stay great. From a welcome gift of wine and chocolates to the small Christmas tree these were great additions for our trip. Many thanks to the owners. This is a perfect spot to explore the town."

"Beautiful property in a wonderful location , very clean, well equipped and cosy, beds and bed linen were heaven, kitchen with a wonderful island with stools underfloor heating and a sitting room with 2 big sofas, ideal for a cosy weekend . Lovely little courtyard garden and just off the high street so not noisy. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again if we visit Arundel "
