"Every year in December we stay at The Grand for our wedding anniversary & always have a magical time. "

"The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs, I was in a wheelchair and could only walk very short distances, we asked for a shower mat and stool which were there on arrival waiting for us, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was served by Sylvester who was absolutely outstanding with his recommendations and drinks to have,breakfasts was first class. "

"This hotel is huge. The main foyer is brand new and gorgeous with bar, restaurant and swimming facilities. The rest of the hotel is a bit older. The room is an okay place to stay. The sheets are clean and the bathroom usable. But the floors did feel perpetually dirty underfoot. It's worth the money to stay and I enjoyed the experience. "

"Clean comfortable room. Was upgraded from twin room to King size with single annex. Good sized tv and modern bathroom with bath. Cooked breakfast was fine and served in nice breakfast room. On breakfast buffet only cold options were cornflakes, bran flakes and toast which i thought was poor."

"We stayed for a Sunday night in November. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy but the bathroom had both a roll top bath and a walk-in shower. The evening meal was good and the cooked breakfast excellent. A relaxing stay all round."
