"The Fairmont Banff Springs is amazing! I can't think of one thing we didn't like. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful and well kept, the restaurants and bars were great. If you have the opportunity to reserve a Fairmont Gold room I would highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the breakfast and evening spreads served in the Gold lounge. But one of the most memorable parts of our stay was floating in the outdoor heated pool as it was snowing. "

"It was quiet up in the mountain."

"We booked a loft room and it was excellent. We loved the space in the living area and the open fire. They even had an area where you could chop and collect more firewood for free. We saw lots of deer from our balcony which was really special. The kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge freezer and everything you could need. The best were comfortable and it was quiet, warm and cosy. The pool was shut but there was still slides and the outdoor hot tub open. The hot tub didn't seemed to be manned and there was a snowball fight between a group of kids in the hot tub and some kids on the balcony nearby so it wasn't quite as relaxed as I'd imagined but it was a lovely area for the peaceful 5 minutes I spent in there before all the kids arrived. The area is beautiful and with free bus passes into Banff we didn't even have to use the car. We got there a couple of hours early to check in and our room was ready, so we were allowed our room earlier which was really lovely and meant we could unload the car and get out and enjoy ourselves sooner so we were very thankful for that. I would definitely want to stay here again if I was ever in Banff and would highly recommend it to anyone. The upgrade to the loft room was truly amazing and the views were beautiful. "

"The location was great and the property was excellent, we got the room with 3 beds and sofa bed, it has kitchen and we used the bbq grill, we did try the wood fire place and did smores, we used the free bus too, we didn’t have time to use the outside pool, we will be back for sure."

"We highly recommend this property. All the staff were incredibly personable, professional, and helpful. My husband and I spent one evening in the Lounge area. Beautiful sitting area with an incredible view, delicious food, and live entertainment. The service was exceptional. For our anniversary, we treated ourselves to the 7 course dinner at the Eden Restaurant. It was such an exemplary experience. The food was delectable with so many different flavours combined. The presentation was incredible! All the servers contributed to the beautiful ambience and experience. Very knowledgeable and experienced! The hotel provides bus tickets which was handy to go downtown. The Sulphur Mtn Gondola is only a 5 min walk and the hot springs are walkable too. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful with the mountain view. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, squash court, and spa - variety for everyone. Due to the wintry weather, we didn’t walk around the outside but there are sitting areas surrounding the property with lights and bonfires at night. Thank you to the staff for making this getaway one to remember. "
