"The staff were very friendly, highly walkable to Banff shopping , excursions and restaurants. Complementary bottle of wine in the room. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Bed was very soft and encouraged a person to slide to the center of the bed. Parking in the underground Parkade was tight. Had to walk across the street to use the pool and sauna."
