"Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms (carpeting, some paint and furniture) could use a refresh. One elevator was out of service but did not affect us as the stairs were convenient."

"Giving five stars because the area, beds, cleanliness, breakfast, and customer service were great. The manager helped us when our room wasn't up to their usual standards and ensured he found a much better one. I think there were some new staff members so he stepped up when they struggled (please be patient with them if you are booking in the new few months). The room was shaded, smelled great, and had SUPER comfortable beds with a newer-looking bathroom on the street lined with trees, and it was really quiet. Breakfast was good too with many options. Super close to the Picadilly line and has scooters and bikes right outside with grocery stores and food options down the street. I'll be booking again and again for the kind of quality you get for a truly affordable rate in London - one of the fewest options you can get without breaking the bank or having to stay super far from the city center!"

"Courteous and friendly staff. Checking in online was convenient and easy. Our rooms although a bit small was updated and super clean. We loved that this hotel is within walking distance of the sites we wanted to see. Also if you wanted to use the bus or rail this hotel is in close proximity to both. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to London! "
