"The restaurant food was great and fresh. The staff are great and helpful and we always enjoy staying, the gym/pool experience was a little disappointing with no towels because the attendant had to stay to monitor children. We had to then go get room towels and didn’t feel like great service, the last time we stayed there were also problems with the pool. also the room temperature was freezing and not changeable."
