"Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. Everything was fresh. Daniel was very friendly and wonderful to talk with. The last nights he made us drinks. As good of a margarita as I have had on the island. Overall a great place. "

"Very nice small hotel with lovely grounds, including a poo. Its close enough to the water and centro, yet still in a neighborhood, so you can experience the local food and culture. Staff is super nice as well! "

"The staff was great. Ours was one of 2 or 3 rooms rented in the hotel. We got a nice room with a king bed and refrigerator on the inner courtyard. Thank goodness, the outer rooms would have been too noisy. The staff was great in finding us 2 pillows without feathers, however it would have been great to have a few more pillows in the king bed. The pool and pool area was nice. However, they were building a new stairway and the little time we wanted to use the pool the worker was too noisy...

"We only had a single night here at the Flamigo Hotel as we were headed to Tulum the next day, but we were very happy with our stay. We received a free room upgrade and found the room to be very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and the salt at were all very nice and accommodating. The location is very central to Centro and made walking very easy. We’d happily stay here again on another visit."

"Well what can I say,an excellent hotel 5 minutes from the main ferry terminal. The reception (Francesca) was super friendly and quick. We were shown to our room which was lovely and bright. The amenities in our room (103) were great, which included a decent hairdryer, towels for the bathroom and rooftop pool, netflix is available on the large TV. Though the balcony faced a back alley it was quiet and the convenience of the hotel being by the diving boat pier, restaurants, shops etc was great! Pool is small and quaint and well heated! "This property is a good place to stay if you plan on just doing your own thing. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast that was included was good also. I am glad we did not pay for the all inclusive as there are only two restaurants. Snorkeling is included and if you are scuba diver there is a dive shop onsite. Once we got there, the QR codes be the websites given to us there re great! You guys should definitely showcase it more before people book it and after they book it/before their trip. TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!"

"Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Food was exceptional. NYE celebration was very well-done. We had plenty to do and lots of time for R&R - whatever we wanted. When one stays at an all-inclusive that is not walk friendly to other facilities, it is critical that the resort meet one's expectations and needs. 5 stars for Princess. They did exactly that! Highly recommend. "
