"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

It is situated on the outskirts of St Helier with beautiful views overlooking the sea and promenade from where you could walk along or even into St Helier. The hotel was clean with good service and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with the usual choices of cooked food along with juices, cereals, fruit and toast. "Excellent Hotel - would definitely stay here again! The ONLY issue we had was the Hotel were experiencing manpower issue and, therefore, were unable to service the room on the normal daily basis. Not a huge problem for us but could have been an issue for families with children included. "Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
