"Room bathroom looked "tired" and could do with a refit. Room was nice. Bar and restaurant were very nice. Staff were very good, very polite and friendly. Would stay here again if back in Jersey. Although not the best location as a taxi ride away from St Helier. Each way was around £12 but hotel was cheaper than ones around St Helier. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey."

"We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating."

"We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect."
