"Second time I’ve stayed here to visit my granddaughter who is a student in Chester. Very pleased with my stay both times and I was allowed to check in a little early to save carrying my bag around. It was quiet, comfortable and a good breakfast with friendly staff."

"Staff really friendly and helpful, let us check in 3 hours early with no charge! Recieved a free welcome cocktail and an additional free drink for my birthday! Lovely modern hotel, nice rooms, very good powerful shower would definitely stay here again. Only negative is that you can’t change the aircon temperature in the room. It was set at 26 so had to have the window open for our entire stay "

Every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel, bar, restaurants and spa are exceptionally well kept and we'd love to stay again"
