"On Wednesday the 19th of February, my sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Chester . From start to finish , even during the booking stage of our stay , was absolutely incredible. The care and attention the three beautiful girls gave us at reception was second to none . You were my absolute angels ,as it was a very important stay , reuniting with my sister after over 50 years apart. When we arrived on the day of our stay , there was thdxwarmest welcome and a caring hug. They really did share our joy . They had chosen a beautiful room overlookung the street , a beautiful breakfast was kindly organised for us , and a hand written card poetlically put together for this special occasion. The beautiful room was welcoming and warm, a gorgeous bathroom complete with Elemis bath products . I want to thank my three angels on reception ,for both Tuesday evening helping me to secure my stay and on the Wednesday when we arrived. I will never forget the contribution you all made to make this experience something really unforgettable. Your service is absolutely incredible and i will be returning again soon. "I stay here regularly and always have a very comfortable sleep, the rooms are lovely with plenty of space, adjustable heating and a rather confusing TV remote! water is hot, beds are comfy, bottles of water and tea of coffee in the room but sadly no decaffeinated coffee. Good breakfast, great choice, made fresh, though do object to the cleaner mopping the floor during breakfast service making the floor very slippery (a worry for someone who has just had recent hip replacements) I have mentioned this before but seems to be overlooked."

"The room and inside of the hotel were fab. It was very comfortable and clean. Don’t be put off by a dated exterior. The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay. "
