"I booked 2 rooms , 1 of them for my 17 yr old granddaughter, i did ask if we could have rooms close , but 1 was on the top one was on the ground floor , when we walked into my granddaughters it smelt wonderful and was nice and clean , but when we went up to ours it smelt of stale cigarettes, was awful i opened both windows , the shower made such a awful noisy, the quilts were made for summer so we all were so very cold , i was very disappointed, was ok for the one night , if we were staying...

"We stayed for 1 night in the weekend, the place was clean and spacious but the lights were a little dim and the bed squeezed a lot each time one of us moved. There was also lots of noise from outside. "

"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"Easy to find and easy to access, with everything you need for a short stay (microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, etc.). It's a straightforward drive to Ringwood town centre where there's ample parking at the Waitrose/Sainsbury's carparks, and the town has a number of cafes and bakeries. Also very close to Moors Valley County Park, which is a great wood and open space."

"Lots of lovely little touches for our dog, they really do take care of the pooches here. Would stay in the garden room if we stayed again."

"Modern property offering local produce to purchase to remind you of your stay. Self book in sustem.and qr codes everywhere. Wasnt sure if the coffeevin the room was complimentary or you had to pay so didnt have any."

"Spotlessly clean in room and communal areas and breakfast room. Lovley continental breakfast and all staff we camce across were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovley relaxing stay, thankyou."
