"The staff at the B&B Hotel were very kind and helpful. We arrived EXTREMELY early after a red eye flight and they luckily already had our room ready and let us have an early check-in. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastries each day. The location itself is so convenient being so close to the Gran Via and plenty of other walkable locations. "The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy. Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max. All the basics were available. I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of… Good visit all around. Location is wonderful. "
