"The staff at the B&B Hotel were very kind and helpful. We arrived EXTREMELY early after a red eye flight and they luckily already had our room ready and let us have an early check-in. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastries each day. The location itself is so convenient being so close to the Gran Via and plenty of other walkable locations. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It was a very pleasant stay. Communication was good and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was kept clean to a high standard. The only reason I didn't give it full marks is the heating wasn't working very well so the room felt a bit chilly in the evening. Maybe provide a duvet in the winter.
