"The room was fairly large. King bed comfortable. Some of the staff didn't speak or understand English when asking for things. Microwave worked but didn't heat up. Not much silverware for use. No can opener and only 1 coffee mug. Couch cushion had a big tear in it. Needs updated!!!"

We went to the front desk several times on day three and were promised, still no housekeeping personnel showed up. Housekeeping showed up on day four and we were checking out the next day. That was totally ridiculous. "
