"Stayed here half a dozen times. Located in walkable distance to Time Square or CP, but not as busy. The fragrance when you walk in the lobby smells so good and has been the same since I started staying there. Only 2 elevators which can get busy but 2 days of our visit, 1 elevator was out of order and was difficult to retrieve in a timely manner, especially on the higher floors. Other than that, our stay was great, as always. "

"I would return to this venue. I didn’t love the service attitude at the bar of restaurant, they’re not on the “my pleasure” program. Its “you get me when I say so” and fine is good enough. The front desk and valet teams are “good,” just not going above and beyond. That being said, views from anywhere in the hotel are great. The hotel is clean and nice with a lovely organized store. "Even though it was an old building it has been very nicely renovated. The rooms are cozy and clean. We had a fantastic view of the Empire State Building! The only negative is that there are no coffee machines in the rooms. For a coffee you have to walk to the end of the street to Dunkin or Starbucks. "Contemporary, clean boutique hotel. The rooms are large for NY. Beds are comfortable and easy walking location for midtown. Cozy rooftop bar with gorgeous views. "
