"This is a very nice hotel perfectly located and I recommend . However extremely disappointing that over a three night stay access was denied on 2 consecutive evenings to use the sky bar because of external functions . Hotel offered words of apology by why do it ? The guest is paying for these facilities . In addition on our leaving morning the spa was also closed due to ” water issues” not sure why this would affect use of the sauna. O "
