"Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "

"Room was basic but functional but too warm with very little control. Bathroom fan did not work so no odour extraction possible. Sink was not particularly clean around the plug. "First time staying in Canary Wharf and it's a really nice area. There's a ton of shopping and restaurants even though this is a finance district. The area is cleaner and feels safer than other areas of London. Lots of police and security around. Transport around London using the tubes is excellent and Canary Wharf was no different. The hotel itself is very clean with all the facilities you would expect. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to London. "

"Really very good at a decent price. The coffee and tea facilities left a little to be desired in the room. Measly amount of milk and coffee machine hard to use. Most places provide a free biscuit or two but not here. Staff seemed a bit muddled at times in the bar. And on a quiet Wednesday evening we asked to sit and look at the view with a drink and were refused. So silly when we were the only people there. "
