"This was my 2nd stay so I can now say that our great stay the 1st time wasn’t a fluke. My pup has a specialist vet in Mandeville and the closer “pet friendly” hotels charge a $75 fee (not deposit), which puts a basic room at almost $200. I took a chance on this property last month and will be a forever customer when traveling with my pup. There is no charge or deposit for 1 pet!!!! It’s not fancy and doesn’t have many amenities but the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. I do splurge on...

"A very nice older hotel with a friendly staff in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is well maintained and has private secure parking, which is included in the rate. The location provides easy access to the downtown areas via the street cars which pass right in front of the hotel."

"Lori was there everyday at the front desk and had great customer service! The only bummer was some guest decided to smoke in the stairwell so we all had to evacuate at 1am. But that's no fault of the property. We will stay here again. "
