"If there were more stars on this review I would give them over 5. The entire staff was helpful with a smile on their faces. The restaurant downstairs of the hotel was terrific authentic Vietnamese food. Love it. We wanted to stay one more night but they were sold out and they took our luggage to the new hotel while we were in an all day tour we had booked. Service overall was wonderful. "

"The oriental suites provided an exceptional experience in old town Hanoi. The suite with balcony was very spacious and was a great place to take a break from the crowded old town streets. We arrived just before typhoon Yagi and after cancelling some plans decided to wait out the storm in Hanoi. All the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to keep our stay comfortable despite the stress of the incomming storm ."
