"We enjoyed our stay very much in Hanoi area. The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk everywhere around the Old Quarter. Our room was facing the busy road which is noisy but it quiets down quite a bit in the later evenings and overnight. The people working here are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful at the front desk and at the travel agent counter. We booked Halong Bay and transportation to and from through this travel agency. Thank you for a very nice stay in the Hanoi area."

"The property is quite new. It is an apartment complex that is also rented out as a hotel, so very good for folks traveling with family. The best part is the swimming pool and sauna room (with steam room and jacuzzi as well). The area is not the most central (20 min taxi ride to Old Quarter), but I enjoy the little bustling area around the hotel. It feels like I am living in a lively residential area. "
