"This hotel is brand new so when we checked in they were still getting all the amenities set up. The beds and linens are all new, plush and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and informative. The rooftop pool is also a nice addition! I thought this location would be a little far out of old quarter but it’s an easy walk to the lake and then up to old quarter. We’re actually so glad we stayed here because it’s a little quieter and it’s a reprieve from the chaos of the tourist...

"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another...

There’s holes in the floor of the bedroom. no way to prevent water getting all over the floor in the bathroom as it’s just an open tub and a shower head with a drain on a leveled floor. Don’t be fooled by the lobby and pretty design the actual rooms are quite poor in comparison to other places. "
